Ideal for two people travelling together, this apartment isn't the biggest in our collection. It's compact, especially the bedroom, and the building has signs of wear and tear. But the central location in Principe Real makes the small size worth it – chances are, you’ll spend most of your time here exploring Lisbon. The quintessential Juliet balcony is a nice touch, and even if it's not the biggest, the kitchen is well equipped to whip up a meal or two – although, with the option for breakfast deliveries and restaurant reservations arranged by your host, you might not get up to much cooking.
Home truths: *Two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. However, since space is limited here, we think this home is best suited to two guests. It's also short on wardrobe space, so pack light. *The building is old. As such, this apartment is not up to our usual standards and you may spot signs of water damage or musty smells. However, we let this one into our collection due to the central location. *Parking in Lisbon can be tricky, so we recommend using public transport or exploring on foot. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *There isn't a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
