The home's corner position in the building means there is natural light from several sides here, and we love the small balcony – with the stunning views, this is no generic I-could-be-anywhere home, as you'll definitely know you're in Lisbon. Outside, the Alfama district has plenty of history to explore, and you're not far from the coast either.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *Children will need to be supervised at all times on the balcony as the railing is quite low and could be climbable. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
