The terrace will surely be a favourite – perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks – while the second balcony is another sweet spot to soak up the sunshine. It may be located outside the city centre, but that's part of the charm. Alvalade is a relatively tourist-free neighbourhood, making it an ideal base to experience authentic Lisbon. Besides, the nearby metro means you can easily zip back and forth to Praça do Comércio and other landmarks when the mood for sightseeing strikes.
