2 people with a dog. Storage space is available, but it's taken up by the owner's CD and record collection. Lots of dust and cobwebs. Furniture is okay, but very worn. The bed is a sofa bed, making it difficult to lie down. Pots and pans have wobbly handles, and there's no broom or vacuum. With a dog, after two days of beach partying, the surroundings are wonderful, and the people are extremely friendly. We didn't sleep well, but we saw and experienced a lot.

The accommodation was overrated. It wasn't very clean. The terrace was also not very clean. There was no cupboard for food, nor a cupboard for outerwear and laundry. There was only a wardrobe with hangers. This meant we had to live out of our suitcases, which was very inconvenient and confusing. In our opinion, the price was not justified. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. The area was satisfactory.

The outdoor terrace is clean and nice, but the garden furniture is ready to be thrown away. The chalet itself offers every comfort you need. However, it is also in need of renovation. It was still very nice all around! The owner is very friendly and relaxed and the family is also very friendly. There is a large barn between the chalet and the 2 neighboring houses so you can enjoy privacy.

The photos on the page are correct. It is not a 5 star house. Equipped with all amenities. Mr. D. was very helpful. Had breakfast outside, sat in the afternoon. Grateful that the dog was allowed to come along. Shower was hot and clean. And for hay fever patients, not recommended. However, Mr. D. should look for a good cleaning lady

The location in the middle of pear trees could be so beautiful but unfortunately the accommodation is in bad condition and very dirty. There is only a sofa bed with a very dirty mattress, no real bed. Everything is dusty, old and/or broken. We were very disappointed. There are a few old bicycles available in a barn.

Holiday home was not clean, bedding was torn and showed brown and yellow stains, refrigerator still showed food from the previous tenants. The photos on the website were from 2006. The whole thing was dirty. We left home again with a disappointed feeling. The owner did not agree.

Kindly received, accessible, pet-friendly

The accommodation is a bit old and there is a renovation backlog. Otherwise, the idea of the apartment is great, the location is quiet and also great, and the owner is friendly and helpful.

Overdue maintenance, layout is nice, but can be refurbished

The location was great, the view was wonderful and the idea of the accommodation was great, but unfortunately it wasn't really up to date anymore and cleanliness isn't that important here. Cobwebs, endless ants and an uncomfortable sofa bed. It could also be freshly painted again...

Mattress sagged, cobwebs on the ceiling. Could be repainted altogether

The cottage itself was beautiful and fully equipped. But what disappointed us were all the damp spots on the inside of the house. And the dirty-looking sofa bed where an old (?) and too soft mattress was placed on top. We put down the pillows at the foot of the bed to get some decent sleep. The sofa bed could no longer be folded, so we had to sit on uncomfortable bar stools due to lack of space.

The photos on the internet are different from reality, expired, faded glory and overdue maintenance

It is a great base for a few days in Zeeland. The view of the apple orchard is very nice and we were allowed to use the canoe and bicycles. The house itself is a bit overdue maintained and was not completely dust-free on arrival.

A complete surprise to stay in such a completely designed house. It was our pleasure and we imagined ourselves the South with grapes and pears to grab.

Accommodation is getting old, very dirty and neglected.

Very nice, nicely located 1 room apartment. Unfortunately, the test of time has somewhat done its job, maintenance is desirable. However, we spent very nice, pleasant days there.

The cottage is somewhat hidden behind a large barn, completely in a pear orchard. Very quiet and cozy. The owner provided us with two bicycles free of charge and in the creek, about 400 meters from the cottage, there was a canoe, which we were also allowed to use.

When we arrived at the accommodation we found a full garbage can. Dishes were dirty in the closet, the inside of the fridge was dirty. A capsule fell out of the coffee machine after I checked what kind of machine it was. We also didn't want to know how long it was in there. Since we had lost the desire to vacation

We were able to relax very well and felt very comfortable. The hospitality is excellent. However, this beautiful gem could do with a renovation.

The room also contains a block for the kitchen, shower and toilet, standing in the room. Space cannot be darkened. Location is 40 km away from the bathing beach. TV (old picture tube device, 30 cm) is defective, no DVD player. Apple orchard directly in front of the terrace disturbs, for example through tractor noise. We ended our stay early.
