Nestled between the palm trees, with undisrupted views of Tulum Beach – this luxury penthouse has everything you need for a tranquil stay. The penthouse interiors are laid back and contemporary  – with plenty of room to accommodate up to six guests. We particularly love the master bedroom complete with a secluded private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. You'll benefit from the resort's luxury amenities here  – including a private beachfront, a large swimming pool, a yoga studio, and sea kayaks – within walking distance. You needn't go far – but if you're looking for a day trip, the beautiful coastline can be easily explored in either direction. 

Home truths:
*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*The lounge is missing some curtains. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
