The contemporary interiors are guaranteed to dazzle, but our favourite lounge spot has to be the rooftop fire pit, where you can enjoy drinks alongside a stunning sunset. Let's not forget the community amenities, either – a gym, Olympic-sized swimming pool, and padel courts. It's a short wander to Tulum's shops and restaurants and just a ten-minute cycle to the beach – but with all this at home, why would you leave?

*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool, gym, solarium, dining hall, lounge area, bathrooms, and padel courts. They're shared with the community's other residents and guests.
*There’s free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free on request.
*Only guests registered on the reservation may stay at this home, and outside visitors will require prior approval.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The host kindly asks guests to observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.
