Great central location, quiet, some construction noise from the Biennale setup. We used five beds in four rooms (not the sofa bed in the living room). Except for the pull-out armchair bed in the connecting room upstairs, all the beds were great. The Mediterranean bedding (large sheet, several thin blankets) was unusual. The kitchen was well-equipped. The living room was tastefully furnished and decorated. Both bathrooms were great. We would definitely stay again. The lack of air conditioning could be a problem in the attic in summer.

Comfortable apartment very well located in a pleasant area and well equipped with places to eat and shops. Close to the vaporetto and the center of Venice on foot. It conforms to the description, very clean, well equipped and ideal for 5 people We were very well received, the explanations were clear and the person was attentive. We recommend this apartment for a stay in Venice.

Only one detail the nylon bed sheets!! They slip through the night

Very good location for sightseeing, away from the tourist crowds. The district of Castello is also very quiet in the evening and there are nice restaurants/bars with reasonable prices. The apartment is very warm in summer, high temperatures over 30 degrees (no air conditioning), but since on the 2nd floor open windows can cool down at night.

It was too warm in the apartment, we could not sleep at all by night because of the heat and the mosquitoes
