Al Foghèr

The house is very large and located in the center in front of a beautiful church. The owner is very kind. We had a great time. It would need more maintenance: the TV that could not be seen, the shower slider broken.

The apartment is well place in the centre of Venice, opposite the Frari Church. It is well-furnished in an old house, with its own atmosphere and character. There was everything in it that we needed, with lots of information about the apartment and its location : F., who greeted us, was charming and helpful. We had an excellent week in the city.

My wife and adult son stayed at Al Fogher. We felt so fortunate - such a better way to visit Venice for a week of mixed work/tourism than a hotel! The apartment was clean and comfortable, once we made sure we knew how to work the A/C. If we go back next year, we would be thrilled to stay here again.

Very nice apartment, good facilities, great location. Sig. Franco, who takes care of the apartment, is a very friendly gentleman who speaks German quite well. Apartment has two disadvantages; - No balcony (can be gotten over) - in the immediate vicinity bar with outdoor operation, very loud until the early hours of the morning. Tenants should be insensitive to noise.

The apartment is in a lively area. Interesting sights are very close. Unfortunately, two bars are right next door. This makes it extremely noisy at night.

This was our third visit to this apartment. It is very warm and comfortable and ideally situated. The only downside was having to leave! We hope to return for a full week next year.

I stayed at Al Fogher with my husband and teenage son and enjoyed the view to the dei Frari square and church. It is very well located, within a nice area and easy reach to Rialto Bridge, the fish market, museums and shops. XXX was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment had everything you could need for a brilliant city break. Excellent location, central for sightseeing, and XXX was a great host!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. It was very tastefully appointed and surprisingly spacious as the photos don't do it justice. I would definitely book again. My only complaint is with xx/Interhome who stated on their invoice that the local tax we would pay would be €2 per person per night. It was €3, which was embarrassing for xx the key holder and annoying for us.
