Set near Campo San Samuele, just steps from Palazzo Grassi and the Grand Canal, this apartment is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Venice. The living room looks out onto a quiet square, while the kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals at home. Getting around is simple, with vaporetto stops at San Samuele and Sant’Angelo nearby, and the airport ferry also calling at Sant’Angelo. From artisan shops to Campo Santo Stefano, Teatro La Fenice and Piazza San Marco, you’ll have Venice’s highlights right on your doorstep.

Home truths:
*Parking in Venice is tricky, so we recommend using public transport instead. The apartment is in a great spot for walking and has easy connections by vaporetto (water bus).
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. It’s best suited for children or younger guests, and when opened it reduces the space in the room.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*There’s no outdoor space here, but the spacious living room has windows overlooking a quiet little square.
