This stunning home is a unique find. It’s owned by a husband and wife who double as a professional superyacht captain and chef, and has been designed with traditional yacht clubs in mind. Unsurprisingly, there’s an abundance of nautical influences and maritime antiques throughout the home. One of the showstopping features is a wood-beamed hideaway with a bar and pool table, and another is the balcony that looks out over gondolas gliding by. Location-wise, this home couldn’t be any better – Rialto Bridge is less than five minutes away, and you can reach St Mark’s Square in ten minutes.

*There are stairs to climb at this home, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed on the mezzanine level of bedroom three.
*Bedroom one can be set up with a queen-size bed or twin beds – just let your host know which you’d prefer when you book.
*There’s underfloor heating in the canal- and garden-facing rooms with tall ceilings.
*There are two Vaporetto stops within walking distance.
