Opposite a working gondala workship, this loft drops you into a more local side of Venice – lively, characterful and refreshingly crowd-free. You’re a short walk from the Accadamia Bridge, so it’s easy to explore, then escape the chaos. Inside, it’s small but cleverly done. Bright, cosy and full of charm, with wooden beams and a mezzanine nook that fits a third guest. Bars, galleries and canalside wanderings are right outside your door, and you can hop on a gondola to explore more of Venice by water.

*The second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.

*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

*Parking in Venice can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

*Toiletries aren't provided, so you'll need to bring your own.

*This home is short on wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light.
