This pad is housed in a 16th-century Venetian palazzo reimagined into a collection of apartments, making it well suited to family and friend stays. Expect four equally stylish bedrooms – all with the option to be arranged as kings or twins. Although there’s no private outdoor space, the communal terrace downstairs is a nice touch for aperitifs. You can also watch the gondolas gliding by from the windows – just like you imagined.

*Air conditioning is provided between the warmer months of May and September.
*Some of the bedrooms have open hanging rails, which are on the small side, so we recommend packing light.
*Although not photographed, there is a communal terrace with seating shared with another apartment in the building.
