The villa has been recently renovated with absolute care for the original frescos and period furniture. The property is closeby the main road of the village. Florence and Rome 150 km, Todi 30 Km. Spoleto 40 km. Perugia airport 15 km. Villa "Paolotti", built in 1870. In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Bettona, 18 km from the centre of Perugia, in a sunny position, on a main road. Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 25.May. - 30.Sep.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Swimming pool not clean, swimming pool net completely broken. No air conditioning. All mosquito nets worn and piece.er came down if you closed or opened this. Rooms outdated.need refurbishment. Not only did we pay the rent, on top of that there were also costs for gas and electricity (was included at first) but once an advance was paid, this was extra. There goes your deposit of 500 euros. Explanation:war in Ukraine... Big garden. Nice holiday mr not worth repeating.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful park where you can enjoy large spaces in the shade and in the sun. The pergola is brand new and ideal for enjoying the view of the swimming pool and the whole garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms and spaces are very large. The only flaw is the proximity of the road which is quite busy and noisy. The welcome and assistance of Messrs M. and E. is impeccable.

We had a great week in this stylish big house. A beautiful garden with a large pool. The street that runs directly past the house is already quite noisy in the morning hours. The beds were good, nice bathrooms, screens on all windows and a large kitchen. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

The house is large and old, on three floors. Fenced yard and pool. There is some traffic noise. The rooms have double beds, only together are separate and they are mainly for children. Opposite the bar, shop about 1.5 km. Friendly service and nice house, the surprise came with an electric bill that was pretty big for the week. In Italy, electricity is even more expensive than in Finland. Well located in Umbria, close to lots of interesting places.

We stayed in the villa with 13 people and there was enough space for everyone! In the house it was clean and nicely prepared for us. The equipment was good for living in the house, nothing important was missing. However, they should put a much larger or a second refrigerator there... for so many people and the heat, the refrigerator on site was too small. The pool and the garden are very big and tidy. There is an area in the pool that is large enough for children who cannot swim. Unfortunately, the villa is on a very noisy street, where cars and trucks can get busy early in the morning. From here you can get to many places in Italy relatively quickly, such as Rome. But there are also beautiful cities to visit in the vicinity. The service team tried to take care of any concerns we had quickly... They were super nice!
