The house is in a beautiful setting with a fantastic view of Lake Trasimeno. Unfortunately, the lake is not very inviting for swimming in midsummer, but the house's wonderful pool makes up for this. Unfortunately, there are a few defects in the house (fly screens are held together with wire clips, some doors drag on the floor and are therefore difficult to open/close, bad smell in the main bathroom, dishwasher and cleanliness poor), bad gravel road, steep driveway.

Splendid location in the middle of a park. Silence, solitude and beautiful panorama. Large house equipped with everything you need. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery and well equipped
