"La Torretta" is a lovely medium-size flat with 2 bedrooms on two floors with the most spectacular views over the Umbrian hills as far as Perugia and Assisi!

If you are looking for a luxury property - you are wrong. But if you are seeking a real Umbrian rural experience - you are so welcome!

The entrance is accessible with a few steps. The floor features authentic old Umbrian floor tiles.
After entering you find yourself in a cosy dining/kitchen area.

The kitchen has a fridge, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, coffee maker, a dishwasher, and is well equipment with cooking utensils.
Steps are leading upstairs to the sleeping area.

One bedroom has a King Size bed (160x200) with wardrobe, dressing table, mirror - and a French balcony with fantastic views as far as Perugia and Assisi!

The second bedroom is flexible.
Depending on your booking - it will be either a cosy living room with comfy sofa. Or you decide to come with 3-4 persons - and it will be converted in a comfortable Queen Size bed (140x200).

The spacious and elegant bathroom is newly refurbished in 2021 and features a large walk-in shower, bidet, toilet, hair-dryer, and basin with a mirror cabinet. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

But you won't only get a 2-bedroom-flat! There is plenty of outdoor space for you to use! A private outdoor dining area in front of your flat gives you the possibility of a peaceful glass of wine - and there is the olive grove! Choose your favourite space with outdoor beds, lounge chairs, and dining tables and enjoy the day, the evening or even the night in this relaxing atmosphere!

The flat is equipped with heating for your winter stay.
You have access to free WIFI in the building.
Private parking with a charging station for e-cars (or e-bikes) is possible on site.
