Holiday Rental Description

This apartment is just a short walk from the medieval village of Paciano, where you’ll find a selection of local restaurants. It’s set in an old stone building with views over the Valdichiana Valley and Lake Trasimeno. Inside, it’s a little dated in places, but full of traditional charm, with wooden beamed ceilings and tiled floors. You’ll have access to a shared pool and garden with walking trails, plus your own bit of outdoor space with a dining table and veranda. At full capacity, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, which might be a bit snug – but the setting more than makes up for it.

*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and garden here. They're shared with the building's other residents. You'll also have your own section of outdoor space, with a dining table by the entrance and a veranda accessed from the second bedroom.
*The shared swimming pool is only available for use between the end of June to the end of September from 9.30am to 7pm.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine in a separate room, shared with one other apartment.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the bathroom and kitchen are a little dated.
