A blissful stay awaits at this country estate on the border of Tuscany and Umbria. It’s been beautifully restored, pairing period features and designer furnishings to elegant effect. The rooms are set across the main house and a separate one-bedroom hideaway in the old pigeon tower, which also has a sofa bed for two children. And outside, the expansive grounds offer everything you need to relax. Swim in the infinity pool, prepare lunch in the pizza oven (with vegetables from the garden), or share a sunny game of boules before drinks at the bar. The scenery is special too, and for more scenic views you can drive fifteen minutes to Lake Trasimeno.

*The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has five double bedrooms, and a separate guest house with a double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and sofa bed.
*This home can sleep up to twelve adults and two children. At full occupancy, the two children will sleep on the sofa bed in the guest house.
*The villa is spread over multiple floors and buildings, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. Due to the layout, it's also best suited to families with children aged 8 and over.
*This home has underfloor cooling. While it keeps rooms at a consistent temperature during the hotter months, it’s not as strong as traditional air conditioning. For additional cooling, your host can provide portable or window air conditioning units on request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available.
