Large kitchen-/living room (mini-oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, air conditioning.

It's a very dated apartment. It offers plenty of space. The kitchen equipment and appliances are also dated, and the glassware, in particular, is inadequate. Unfortunately, no TV channels could be received. The air conditioning only worked in the kitchen. Street noise is very noticeable on the terrace, so unfortunately, it's not a quiet location as advertised. This was the biggest drawback for us.
