Overall, very uncomplicated and friendly hosts, everything was easy, typical Italian hospitality. Great pool and large garden. Furnishings are not old fashioned, but modern and functional. Lots of space in the house.

New house with pool and very nice hosts. They live in the neighboring house and were always there for us.

Very nice spacious holiday home with two floors plus basement including washing machine. Large bedroom upstairs, 2 small bedrooms downstairs, living room and kitchen. Two bathrooms. Despite the high outside temperatures, the house remained pleasantly cool. If you like it even cooler, you can cool down even further in the cellar. Large pool (with daily cleaning), spacious area. The pool is shared with B&B guests, but there are exclusive loungers and shaded areas. Very nice hosts.

This is a beautiful holiday home in a very beautiful location: in the middle of the green with the eroded figures of the "Balzes" within walking distance. The house is very nice and newly furnished, the pictures do not deceive! During our stay the house stayed cool even though it was very warm outside. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to explore eastern Tuscany and western Umbria: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, ... by car or train
