The accommodation is located in the hills behind Forte dei Marmi and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. However, the kitchen equipment in the house, such as pots and pans, is in urgent need of replacement. These are too old for proper cooking. And one or two places in the kitchen could have been cleaner. However, the landlady is nice and accommodating. So a recommendation is definitely appropriate.

Good accommodation, fantastic view towards the sea.

The house and the very large garden were very good, especially for our dog, as everything is very well fenced. Rooms, bathrooms, everything was great, clean, lots of storage space, even a barrier-free shower. But: in the kitchen, the cooking pots in particular urgently need replacing. Two of the three deck chairs (for 10 people!) were broken. There are three large dining tables with chairs, but no sofa. Unfortunately, contact with the landlady is difficult as she is hard to reach. Ideal for a quiet holiday

A very nice holiday home with plenty of amenities.

Like 5 years ago we enjoyed our stay very much. However, we didn't like 3 things: 1. Missing information on waste disposal, we had to find out everything ourselves using Google and Co. 2 . The oven is not suitable and 3. All the cookware is very old, some of it unusable and dirty left by others. The house and the property are really highly recommended.

The silence between sea and mountains and in the middle of a small vineyard was proverbial.

Large stable house with land, great for our dog. Overall very good for those seeking peace. Parking for 2-3 cars. The equipment of the house is fine. The crockery is very old and used and the grill hasn't been cleaned for a long time, but you know that from the other holiday accommodations...

Very remote and lonely. Recommended for those looking for relaxation in nature.

Nice big house with lots of space. Everything in the kitchen is there, even a large freezer. Great view and everyone was happy.

The accommodation is spacious, but the cookware facilities are poor. The existing pots and pans are mostly scratched, there are no spatulas, few large serving spoons..... It was possible with six people, it would have been very difficult with ten people. The house is very high on the mountain, the property is larger than expected (It is not clear to us how the 200 square meters given are calculated – maybe just the pure garden area. Unfortunately, you really have to drive by car for every errand, you should be aware of this beforehand.
