Casale Ischieto Apartment 3 Serre di Rapolano, Tuscany

The accommodation was rustic, practical and tastefully furnished. In the kitchen there was a gas stove and a fridge, nothing else. It would be good if that was in the description. The staff spoke little or no English, which made customer service difficult. We didn't want bicycles, horseback riding or archery, and it wasn't offered either. The nearest shop is at least 2km away. You can hardly do anything on foot, the road is very busy.

Neat, neat holiday home in beautiful surroundings. Communication is somewhat difficult due to language differences. The care was fine. Good bed and room enough for 2 people. Nice swimming pool and the restaurant was open a few days a week.

For all; who like the dolce vita very much; highly recommended; beautiful accommodation with a great pool: we particularly recommend the on-site restaurant: please note; that only one of the holiday apartments has an outdoor terrace: This is important for a relaxed breakfast: Otherwise, in a great location near Siena: Would come back anytime.

After a long time without vacation, we stayed in one of the apartments of the complex and we were thrilled, well renovated and comfortable, the attached restaurant with a lovely courtyard and quality food is also excellent!

The apartment is completely different from what you see in the photos very very dark. Windows are only available in the form of loopholes at an unreachable height and without any noticeable incidence of light. A larger window to the "restaurant courtyard" is only a transition to a walled drying room. Moldy shower and sink. Amenities are sparse. No kettle, no toaster, no bread basket or chopping board. Furniture more than antique, partly defective, laundry partly dirty or singed.

The pool is very nice and clean, the apartment was clean but it looks much brighter on the pictures. There were too few windows or they were too small, so the apartment was quite dark. Nevertheless, the accommodation is recommended. The location is great and especially the outdoor area is very nice.

After returning from trips, excellent Tuscan specialties served by the friendly owner, accompanied by good Tuscan wine in a medieval atmosphere. I recommend

A truly stunning property in an idyllic setting. Our apartment had everything that we needed and the onsite restaurant is wonderful and definitely worth a visit. The pool, apartment and grounds are very clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany!

The apartments are located in an authentic 15th century building which keeps it cool enough not to need air conditioning. Pool very well kept, service cordial and helpful. Restaurant XXX also at a very high level. We definitely recommend it!

Very nice facility; clean, nice and cool on hot days (stone walls). Well-kept infrastructure and swimming pool. Caring for the comfort of guests. Close to shops and interesting tourist places, e.g. to Siena or Montepulciano. It was our best vacation ever. We recommend :))
