A very nice place, so Tuscan. Very nice and friendly hosts. Tasty food in the restaurant.

The holiday apartment is housed in an adapted country estate and is idyllically situated on a hill near an expressway. This means you can get anywhere quickly, but traffic can be heard when the wind is unfavorable. The restaurant is open in the evening (table reservation required). The beautiful pool and garden are perfect for relaxing. The equipment is simple and typical of the country with a gas stove and espresso maker. Wifi was only available outside. Knowledge of Italian is recommended

The house (a sort of large centuries-old farmhouse) is located between an oak wood and a field; there is a restaurant (some evenings), a large swimming pool, deer, birds, cats and a donkey. Our apartment was comfortable. Everything was perfect (except maybe the Wi-Fi).

The property and pool are very nice. Renowned restaurant on site, open in the evening. Nicely renovated apartment, however the 2 bedrooms communicate through the mansard roof so little privacy... The cooking equipment is very basic. The mountain bikes advertised in the rental offer are not available. No wifi in the apartments.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful setting. Well-organized space, the swimming pool brings relief on hot days. Excellent, intimate restaurant. The perfect base for exploring Tuscany.

We loved our one week stay at this beautiful Tuscan inn. It’s very charming with a beautiful poolside and an excellent restaurant. We had a two bedroom apartment which was great for travelling as a family. It’s centrally located, just minutes from the lovely thermal spas and very central for day trips around the Tuscan region. Our only complaint was that the wifi service was sparse.

The old country estate has been stylishly renovated to modern standards. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. Bathroom and kitchen are in excellent condition, air conditioning is available, the pool is a treat. Highly recommended is the excellent restaurant in the house (reservation necessary).

Pretty Tuscan Country House. Accommodation was furnished in the country style. There is an espresso machine by the pool. The property's location near the dual carriageway and motorway allows trips to Arezzo, Montepulciano and others in under an hour. Even Rome can be reached in 2.5 hours. Coffee machine, clever knives, chopping board in the apartment weren't there. WiFi only in front of the door.
