Nestled in the Etruscan Valleys and surrounded by top winemakers, this historical villa is perfect for groups or families looking for an authentic Tuscan getaway. Sandy beaches and charming villages are within driving distance, and the city of Pisa is less than an hour away. Venture out to explore the Tuscan countryside and tour local vineyards, or stay in and entertain yourself at home. With exercise equipment, a pool, sauna, hot tub, books and a piano, you won't run out of things to do. Finish each day by firing up the outdoor grill and enjoying an authentic Italian dinner under the stars – and an authentic Italian wine, of course.Home truths:
*Some of the bedrooms have three beds in them and might be better suited to families.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Parties are allowed here, but only is agreed with your house beforehand. Be sure to mention it when you book.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. It's open between May and October, and the local housekeeper will come to clean it every morning between 7am and 8am, unless otherwise specified.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking here.
*There are security cameras at this home. The two on the exterior of the premises can be switched off, any remaining cameras inside and outside are not in use.
