For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (11 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 22.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach 3 km. Marina 3 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Is family-run and checked daily that everything is OK. O. is. Family lives next door. Well maintained facility with a great view. Depending on the existing guests also very quiet.

We have stayed several times in this area - as always great, very well maintained and very nice. Magnificent views of the sea and the evening sunset. Good parking space allocation. The family takes care of everything immediately. Very nice landlord family with the shortcoming only speak Italian. but unfortunately the pool can only be used for a limited time and they save a lot on the dishes in the apartment. only e.g. app. for 4 people but only 3 wine glasses

All in all a very nice holiday home with a great pool, very nice view and close to the sea. Only the kitchen equipment would have to be adapted to the number of people overall, such as glasses, cereal bowls, bowls, etc.

Positive: The complex scores with its beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is also well furnished. The landlords offer their own olive oil and wine. Negative: Unfortunately, the landlords only speak Italian. Sometimes the niece was there, she speaks a little German and English. The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. Several apartments were broken into at night and money was stolen. So at night all the windows are closed and the alarm system on ...... The air conditioning costs an additional 10 € per day! That can't be the solution. If there are always thieves around here and everything should be locked up, the landlord should offer the air conditioning included in the price and at least point out various security measures. It was probably not the first time there was a break-in!! You have to take the garbage with you and turn it on a garbage can on the access road. Unfortunately, the good view compensates, not these negative points. Too bad.
