We were in the house with our dog. Very nice and clean house. In a quiet little place. A. gave us tips for trips like the beach and a park near Pisa that is good for walking the dog. She is very attentive and helpful. The house had everything you need. A big plus is the air conditioning in every bedroom. It was a wonderful vacation that we will remember for a long time.

We enjoyed it, the house has everything your heart desires. Our little Maltipoo also thought it was cool to play on the lawn and always found a shady spot somewhere. We'd love to come back

Everything perfect! Everything was as described.

We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa. A loving hostess gave us great support when our son tore a ligament and we quickly needed crutches and cooling facilities. The house is well equipped, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is necessary for self-cooking. We are happy to recommend the house!

We have stayed at the property for the seventh time in the last ten years and will not be our last. It is a wonderful place to explore Tuscany and also enjoy the natural beach.

Excellent stay in a house full of charm. The owner is very welcoming, full of good advice, generous. The house is very clean, very well equipped, very quiet. Close to the important sites of Tuscany. You feel at home there.

Beautiful house, ideally located. Very hospitable A.. 20 min. from Pisa, Lucca, and the beach. Village itself is nothing to do, but we have come to rest.
