Very rustic house, as in a lot. The house was large and spacious but unfortunately very dark, which we think drags down a bit. The outdoor dining area could not be used, it was under a lot of small trees and leaves which made the place very dark and the mosquitoes loved to stay there. The pictures for the place should be upgraded do not quite correspond to the current situation, for example. there was no bathtub that we could use for the children, instead we had to use a large sink, which was in the laundry room, not optimal.

Beautiful authentic location 5 minutes from San Casciano.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Bulleri. The villa is well-equipped, the rooms are spacious. The large pool and garden invite you to linger outside. The kitchen is a bit small for a potential 12 people, but everything you need is there. The owners are friendly and helpful, and they are always available to answer any questions or solve any problems.

Very unfriendly landlord, house was dirty not cleaned

The house is magnificent, exudes centuries of history and offers a splendid setting among the vineyards and olive trees... A true enchantment that young and old alike loved! A beautiful swimming pool to cool off in... Absolute calm... Pure bliss!

A beautiful, authentic Italian house with “Call me by your name” vibes.

House with character, very quiet location and yet close to amenities. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

It is a beautiful house to see in a beautiful location with a lovely pool. Unfortunately the house itself was a bit disappointing for the price we paid. Especially because of the kitchen, old, the space was not clean and the pans etc. greasy/dirty. The dishwasher does not work well so we often had to do the dishes ourselves. Bedrooms are beautiful, spacious, nice beds. One shower works better than the other. We traveled with three couples with children aged 1 to 8 years.

A house in a beautiful location, the access road is more suitable for SUVs. The property is conceivable for the summer months, it has a beautiful garden with plenty of space to relax. We found the additional costs for the heating to be unjustified because of the already high rent. We only heated the dining room, because of the leaky windows throughout the house, anything else would have been unacceptable. No stable electricity (1 room was without light), the bathrooms are in need of renovation.

House was old and unique, lots of space, first floor was nice and nice calm despite outdoor temperature was over 30 degrees. Kitchen is small and should have 1 BIG fridge as the house is for 10-12 people. We had a combination of half fridge/half freezer, so it was not the best option. Pool and the garden was great, had really nice time on the grill and the place for having dinner outside was super (table under the trees). The owners were very helpfull and nice. ABSOLUTELY-WORTH TO VISIT!

Nice typical Tuscan farmhouse, with welcoming and large common areas and adequate kitchen and dining equipment. The sleeping area is more lacking, which needs a lot of maintenance especially in the bathrooms, which should be made more equipped and comfortable .. the most painful note remains the heating which, apart from the cost, fails to make the temperature of the house pleasant. Definitely recommended in summer!

A very nice, large country house in beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only some of the windows can hardly be closed. When it rains heavily, it sometimes rains into the room. The kitchen is a bit dark and we had to buy some things, espresso coffee machine, . Gratin dish etc. Nice fireplace to sit comfortably around the fire. Dining room table should have new wooden table top...

Good location on the house, near Florence. Nice pool area. Poor quality of kitchen equipment, dull knives, few pots and the coffee machine was whitewashed. Nice and good dinner with the host family.

Very nice house, children and adults had a great time. The only thing missing is the kitchenware. Otherwise all great.

Great house for a larger family with friends.

We have celebrated a significant day together with children and grandchildren in this lovely several hundred year old building. There was plenty of space for all of us, 7 adults and 2 children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, something that was appreciated. We had a wonderful week where we swam in the pool, ate long dinners in the cooling pergola and drank the vineyard's own wines. In addition, we ate a fantastically good 4-course dinner, of course at a certain cost, at the home of the hosts who live in the neighboring farm. The daughter in the house told enthusiastically about their wine production, and took us on a guided tour to see how it goes. We were very happy with everything and will be happy to return.

The site is very beautiful, at an affordable distance by car or bus from Florence (40mn), Siena (1h) San Gimignano (1h). The village of San Casciano has a small friendly center. The house is old and keeps the freshness. The swimming pool is very nice. On the other hand, the kitchen equipment is clearly insufficient for a group of 10 to 12 people.
