The house was very well equipped, the mattresses were excellent. The surroundings and the view are breathtaking. The path was adventurous in places, an SUV was helpful. Very lonely, the shops and restaurants can only be reached by car. The administrators really only speak Italian, no communication in other languages possible.

We 4 adults + 3 children (between 8-15) spent 9 great days in the house. Everything is there, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, the house is big enough. The house is very idyllic, in the area you can make great trips, the sea is also easily accessible by car. We can recommend the accommodation.

The house is in a very nice location and is very well maintained. The pool was checked and cleaned every day. The garden around the house was very nice. The landlords were very friendly, we really liked it as a family and I can only recommend it. Only the sun loungers by the pool should be replaced again. Otherwise everything was great.

The villa with pool is located in a beautiful location on a hill overlooking the valley and vineyards, you can also see the sea. Unfortunately, the access road is poorly marked, very steep and uneven in places. It is well equipped with dishes, maybe it could use more care with maintenance.

The location can't be beat, the house is completely alone on a hill with sun from sunrise to sunset and a view of the sea and Cecina. The spartan kitchen with spartan equipment is a bit disturbing when the terrace and the garden invite you to cook, grill and eat with family and friends. It is also disturbing that the owners' apartment is only separated by a door, and this and the door on the side of the apartment cannot be locked.

Beautiful holiday home, in a great location, a dishwasher is missing and should be supplemented. WLAN is a bit weak and you don't have reception in the entire house. Furniture a little dated, but beds were great! When the weather is nice you can see the sea. The way to the house is an exciting drive. The loungers by the pool are a bit worn. But overall we were satisfied! Everything was super clean.

...if you are not afraid to drive uphill for about 6 minutes on Feld&Wiesenweg, the location cannot be topped. Good room layout and wonderful rest for the entire family. A dishwasher would be the crowning glory. Great pool - great covered terrace - usable in any weather.

Beautiful Italian style house with swimming pool, situated on a hill, far from the world. Peace and quiet. The house actually has 3 bathrooms, including the master bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and two fireplaces inside. Pool cleaned daily. The host is very nice and helpful. The views from the property are insane. The road to the property is unpaved, runs through woods, is gravel and can be troublesome at times, especially for low-suspension cars.

A beautiful and spacious house with a wonderful view. Peace and quiet and at the same time a good starting point, for example to Cecina, Volterra, Pisa. I would highly recommend.
