We were in this accommodation for the second time and again very satisfied. The location on the mountain with a fantastic view of the surrounding Tuscan hills and the sea, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes, can't really be surpassed. The complex itself and pool are kept wonderfully clean. Accommodations big enough, equipped with the most necessary. Larger and smaller repairs would perhaps enhance the wonderful facility even more (wooden railings/umbrellas)....

The complex is very nice, it is also very quiet. For us it was a nice holiday. The apartment was ok, but the cleaning could have been more intensive. For example: dust on the beams and cupboards as well as hair on the floors. The shower could have been cleaner and mold free. The shower curtain is an absolute no-go!!! The drains partly not really free and smelled.

Bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom, especially from the toilet. This was very annoying. Furnishings in the living/dining area were very basic. Pool chairs very cheap and uncomfortable. Water at the pool very cold, even for older children. No shelves in the closet. Quality of the restaurant not particularly... . Bad wifi. The complex is beautifully laid out, the outdoor facilities are well-kept.

We stayed there with our 3 month old baby for the last week before the property closed. It was pleasantly quiet and relaxing! Very great and nice staff as well as the cleanliness of the whole area as well as in the apartment that we had booked. Were very satisfied

Nice location, several buildings with apartments. With and without air conditioning! Please note, a bathing cap is mandatory in the pool, this is not properly stated in the description of this accommodation. This was a negative experience because we select on this. A deposit is also no longer required, this makes checking out easy, so you can deposit the key in the letterbox at night without administrative hassle. This is a positive point. Finally, this location is highly recommended.

The bungalows are lovingly furnished. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the property is in a quiet location on a hilltop in Tuscany. Nevertheless, the sea can be reached in a short time.

The facility is in a great location with a clear view on all sides. Also absolutely quiet in the off-season. Check in and care ... tried very hard. The houses are getting old, but still ok. The furnishings are rustic and tasteful, typical of the country. Point of criticism: the equipment (kitchen) is poor; Coffee machine doesn't work, not enough inventory. The dishwasher always has to run half full because there are no more dishes. The furniture is a bit run down (couch). Otherwise a quiet area where you have to put up with longer distances for shopping and swimming (8-10km).

The complex of the apartments is very nice and well suited for families. The only suggestion for improvement: the waste separation does not work well. The rubbish bins are too small and there are no internationally understandable labels as to what goes in which bin. Unfortunately, self-sufficiency creates a lot of waste. Otherwise, from grandparents to grandchildren, everyone was very satisfied!

Unfortunately in the pool area too few loungers, far too few, sun-impermeable umbrellas! The beach chairs were made of plastic and without cushions, also too narrow. Except for the extremely friendly staff, you can't recommend the restaurant at all!!! Many parents let the babies in the pool with diapers, but it wasn't a baby pool, it was the pool for everyone. The toilet for the pool users: you have to go straight through the restaurant/bar.
