This traditional Tuscan farmhouse is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Italian countryside. Located just a few kilometres from the thermal springs of Rapolano Terme, the house is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with a lush garden of cypresses, olive trees, and rose bushes. There’s a private pool and a delightful alfresco dining space in the shade of a gazebo. The house boasts preserved original features including stone walls and beamed ceilings. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two additional single beds on a mezzanine floor, which is ideal for parents to share with their children.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on two single beds in the mezzanine space above the main bedroom.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones.
*The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
*There’s a garage with space for one car.
*There are mobile air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms.
*There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
