We stayed for 12 days in October, and it was wonderful. Everything you need was there: plenty of space, clean, fenced-in property, which was great for our dog. The landlord was pleasant to communicate with, there was parking on site, and it was a wonderful location. There's a bus stop in front of the property, but I can't say if public transport is working. We had a car. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Plenty of space in the house and garden, perfect for the dog. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The fly screens are all in good working order, which isn't the case everywhere. You get used to the noise from the street. The stairs to the apartment are a bit difficult for people with walking difficulties. Centrally located to many attractions. The landlady is immediately available if you need help.

We had the house to ourselves. It's a bit out of the way, so I highly recommend a car. On the other hand, you get peace and quiet and a beautiful fenced garden. The landlady is fantastic, and you can tell she puts a lot of effort into it. We'll definitely be back.

The house is welcoming, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The location is ideal for exploring the Etruscan archaeological sites in the area. The landlady was extremely accommodating and helpful.
