Villa Campo del Mulino Pistoia, Tuscany

Beautifully located house, very nice and helpful owners. A facility where you can't get bored, tennis courts, billiards, swimming pool and a huge area. I recommend T.

Everything in perfect order. Great hosts!

We were warmly welcomed. She speaks English quite well. It is a spacious house with many rooms. They normally live in it themselves and you notice that. The house is lavishly furnished but cozy. The kitchen is slightly larger than expected, but the equipment needs to be replaced and more drinking glasses are allowed = 5 euros. The water filter was great! The tennis court, pool table and pool are perfect. Some bedrooms are very hot. Unfortunately there were only 2 fans.

There were seven of us in this huge house on an even bigger lot. Endless seating, a top tennis court and a very nice pool. And also very, very nice landlords who were never visible but always present. Billiards, table football and much more. - we really had everything in this complex! Highly recommended for all those who want to find their peace away from it all.

Well maintained villa, very clean maintained house and garden. Friendly owner. Good reception and departure. Swimming pool nicely situated and excellent tennis court. Spacious bedrooms with good beds. Everything for children to entertain. Billiards and games room. Kitchen relatively small and therefore inconvenient to cook with several people, this was a minus.

A lovely house in the most beautiful part of Italy. Very friendly and flexible owner/owner. We'd love to come back!

We were able to spend wonderful holidays in Tuscany. The hosts are very friendly and happy to give some tips for trips. The whole area has the Italian charm that you just have to enjoy. Very good temperatures, beautiful complex with pool, tennis court and a large garden. We would book again. Only the narrow streets to the resort are a challenge as non-Italian. ;-)

We, a family of four, have had a wonderful time here. The pool and tennis court were the highlight, especially for the children. The view is also terrific, the house very clean. Everything perfect. And the hosts are wonderful people: they are at home in a separate area on the property, but so discreetly that you don't even notice them. However, if something is, they are immediately on the spot and help. Grace mille per tutto!

Amazing and interesting house and gardens in a secluded hilltop location. Swimming pool, tennis and snooker table gave so much opportunity for relaxing and enjoyment, and baking in the pizza oven was a big high for the family. Pictures are very accurate of the facility. While lots of bathrooms, the facilities could have been more modern to accommodate needs

Nice big house, fresh mountain air, beautiful view, nice owners.

We stayed in the ville in July 2019 with three couples including 3 children. The villa was very complete, clean and spacefull. XXX and XXX were good hosts. They are always available, but are very discrete. They live in the villa themselves in winter. The only remark we could make is that you need a 25 min drive to Pistoia, the nearest city and access to highways to main Tuscan highlights, which is more than expected. If you are not planning to make day trips each day,it is not an issue

Very nice home and kind guests, the house is just huge and the location is perfect if you want to explore tuscany ! We will definitely come back

We spent two very nice weeks in a beautiful villa! Due to the location in the mountains, it is advantageously cool at night in summer, you can leave the heat of the cities behind (don't worry, it's still very hot!) Pool, tennis court (including soccer field), lots of space to play, relax , Switch off. Car absolutely necessary. The village of Samomme can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes (there is a mini shop there for the essentials) Since we were two families, it would have been good to have two gate openers for the garden gate. The owners live on the property completely unnoticed by the guests and lovingly and invisibly look after the garden. All in all a very nice place to relax. Negatives: the silicone in the top bathroom by the sink urgently needs replacing (currently all black); Electricity was very expensive (€360 for 9 people for two weeks)! If you are looking for a typically Tuscan rolling landscape, you are in the wrong place in this area, as it is rather "mountainous" - very shady for hiking in summer!
