Santa Margherita

A beautiful old house divided into four apartments, each with its own terrace, and a shared outdoor area. The swimming pool is large and clean. Beautiful views everywhere. The garden and house are well-maintained. The owner is very friendly. The apartments are very basic. There is only one mini dishwasher. The beds are very hard. Good Wi-Fi. There is no air conditioning, but it wasn't necessary due to the shade and thick walls. The road up the mountain is bizarrely narrow, but it is paved and a beautiful route.

Beautiful Italian house with stunning views!

Santa Margherita is located a little outside Pescia, a little up the mountain. It offers lovely peace and some fantastic surroundings. We were 9 people and the interior of the house matched our needs very well. It is cozy with several terraces and areas for relaxation. The view over the valley is absolutely fantastic. The house has the impression of being older, but overall it functions very well. There is a small kitchen in each apartment - we could have used a proper kitchen.
