Outside, a loggia is the perfect setting for alfresco dining, and the pergola, with its 100-year-old wisteria, is a delightful spot for a pre-dinner Spritz. There’s a swimming pool with a hydromassage area, too. From this charming villa, you can stroll to the shops of nearby Fabbrica and drive to Volterra for a day of sightseeing.

*There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. There’s one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor.
*Your host provides a welcome buffet of light snacks and drinks on arrival. They can also arrange a free wine tasting at a Tuscan wine cellar, and free guided walking tours from May to September.
*The swimming pool is open from 1st May-30th October.
*There’s free parking for two cars here.
