The location of the house is fantastic, high above the sea and with no neighbors other than one other holiday home, making it completely peaceful. The drive there is actually quite challenging. I'd say a 4x4 isn't really sufficient—you need an SUV. The house itself is relatively old and, as is usually the case, furnished with old junk, but functional. The outdoor area is very beautiful and spacious. Especially in summer, it's an oasis of peace and certainly cooler than downstairs.

The house has an exceptional view and corresponds to the description. Cool and quiet. The caretaker was kind and helpful. The rating is low because the steep, dirt road is absolutely very dangerous, 14 very steep hairpin bends without any protection from cliffs and precipices. Doing this experience every day even with 400 hp, 4x4, low gears and considerable driving experience does not protect from feelings of danger and makes a peaceful holiday impossible.

The house is in a great location, everything you need is there. We have been there three times now. We saw mouflons on the property almost every day. Unfortunately, our peace was often disturbed by workmen. The internet was also unfortunately unusable. Otherwise, it is recommended.

The house, including the garden, pool, peace, nature and view, is an absolute dream. But the "road" to the house should not be underestimated. Four-wheel drive and preferably a car with a small turning circle are absolutely essential. Otherwise, everything you need is there. The landlady and the caretaker are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The friendliness and love within what is probably the highest habitable house on Elba correspond to the pure nature, the silence and the foresight there.

A tip for the landlady would be to put fly nets on the windows and the cleanliness in the house on arrival could also be improved. We had a great holiday in a fantastic location.

The house was as described, everything was there and functional. Easily accessible with a four-wheel drive vehicle. The view of the sea is simply unique. You have to like the relatively lonely location, for us it was pure relaxation. When shopping, you should gather your thoughts.
