Very nice landlords, everything was there, beautiful view, close to Florence, very well maintained, lots of space, good pool, great pizza oven. We can only recommend it. If you're looking for a fly in the ointment: the house was divided, the neighboring property is probably currently being prepared for sale. There is definitely enough space for both parties.

The house offers plenty of space and good facilities. Very noteworthy is the friendliness and reliability of the landlord. The way from the village to the house is a bit adventurous (narrow lane with oncoming traffic and steep rise and bumpy road). But you will be rewarded with a great view from the terrace over the valley.

The house, the equipment and the view are a dream. The landlords are really very friendly and if you can speak Italian, you feel the warmth all the more.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks. The house is elevated, absolutely quiet in the middle of vineyards and olive groves above Montelupo with a magnificent view of the valley. Within 15 minutes you can reach shops and the train station in Montelupo with a very good, short connection to Florence and Pisa, for example. Friendly, helpful hosts who gave us lots of tips. We recovered very well. The landlords are helpful and very friendly. The large property invites you to relax. The pool is great and is maintained by the landlord 3 times a week (in the morning hours). We will definitely come back.

It is dreamlike house in the vineyards. Everything very lovingly and tastefully furnished. The landlords are very nice. A welcome gift of fruit, milk, rusks, salami, Nutella, juice and wine is provided. The garden and the pizza oven are gorgeous. Small hikes from the garden gate are possible. Highly recommended!

We wanted to spend a week with the family and the nonnos from Italy and in this house we all felt comfortable from the first moment. The property is a dream, as is the location in the middle of olive groves. We will be back. Many thanks to the very nice landlords and also to our travel agency for the absolutely smooth handling.

The house is on a mountain. The property is fenced so that you can enjoy it completely relaxed with children. The pool directly at the house is a dream. The owners are super nice and come every two days to clean the pool. During the stay they maintain privacy and do not enter the house. The house is very large and lovingly furnished. Typical Italian, very clean and there are towels, sheets, a washing machine... We will definitely be back!! fantastic!

We spent 14 days with 2 families (4 adults and 3 children, 10 and 11 years old) in this dream house! Just gigantic: The house, the equipment, the location, the peace, the beautiful pool, a beautiful garden, the pizza oven and the grill made the stay perfect. Lizards, bats, owls and pheasants visit you in this secluded idyll, where the fantastic view of the Arno Valley is breathtaking day and night. Very nice landlords who regularly care for the pool and garden in the early morning hours! Everything is great!!! Destinations such as Vinci, Florence, Pisa, Carrara, San Giminiano, Siena, etc. can be reached in a tolerable amount of time by car or train. The supply of groceries is easily possible in Montelupo. For all those who want peace and quiet on vacation, this holiday home is an absolute hit!!!

A very well furnished house. It's a pity that there are only three large bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. The owners are extremely nice and always happy to help. When moving out, they are very grateful if everyone has already removed the beds as stated in the description. We had no problems and will definitely go back.
