The villa itself is comfortable for a family or group of friends, with traditional interiors and a private terrace for alfresco meals. For days when you don’t fancy venturing far, you can keep yourself entertained with a swim in the communal pool, a game of padel tennis, or a quick workout in the gym. Locally, a short drive takes you to Gambassi Terme, boasting thermal baths and archaeological ruins, or you can visit Montaione to dine out on authentic Tuscan cuisine.

*There are communal facilities to enjoy here including a swimming pool, open between May and October, a padel court, rental bikes, and an on-site gym. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*There's an unfenced lake on the resort. If you're travelling with children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
