Very nice accommodation near the sea. Access via a narrow street, with a very nice view. Spacious apartment, large terrace and large pool.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. The manager/owner was welcoming and very accommodating! She greeted us with open arms, even though we arrived near midnight. Every morning she was there with a smile! I highly recommend this property whether you are a party of two or ten!!!! This villa was epitome of what you would expect in the Tuscany region. Charming and authentic!!! Living among the locals. Love L.!!!

We spent really nice holidays in Tuscany. The house is very well located and offers a great view. On the spacious terrace you can eat and spend time wonderfully. The house was probably completely renovated a few years ago, but fortunately it has retained its rustic charm with beautiful wooden ceilings, old brickwork, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. The landlords are also very nice and try hard, so overall an absolute recommendation!

An exceptionally beautiful place. Worth its reasonable price for the available quality. Mrs. L., the owner of the facility, is the nicest of all Italian women.

It was a wonderful week in Laura's holiday home. We had the whole house "Bruna" with 9 people. What was very large, everything you need is there, the beds are (in our opinion) great, the kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc., except for the dishwasher is missing but it didn't bother us. It was very clean and everything is lovingly furnished. On the terrace you have a beautiful view over the village of Bozzano and the lake Lago di Massaciuccoli, the pool was a welcome cooling off for young and old in the hot weather and was always very clean. Almost every evening we sat with wine and other drinks on the terrace until well after midnight, the only annoying thing is that all the other holidaymakers had to walk past us (sometimes with bicycles) to get to their holiday apartments. The mosquitoes are very annoying and very aggressive in the bedrooms as there are no nets on the windows. The drive to the sea (Migliarino) about 20 km was good, sometimes you should drive more slowly because the roads through the villages are narrow. We chose this beach in Migliarino because it is also a dog beach and we had no problems with our dog, but be careful!! The sand is very hot! But it's not far to the water. The drive to the house is a bit tedious with larger cars (van), but it is possible. All in all it was a wonderful week, which unfortunately passed very quickly. The landlady "Laura" was always very friendly and was always there to help and advise us. Not to forget is "Claudia" who takes care of the property every day and keeps it clean. She even speaks a little German!
