Villetta nel Verde

The house was really clean and tidy. Towels and bed linen were changed after a week. The owners are very nice and take care of everything. The view from the roof terrace is simply fantastic and the rest (garden, pool, etc.) was also impressive. From San Vivaldo it takes about 75 minutes to get to Florence, Pisa or the coast. Volterra and San Ginignanon can be reached in 30 minutes.

We have been spending our holidays in holiday homes in Tuscany for over 20 years, but this was the best! Starting with the friendly landlord family, the beautiful furnishings, the fully equipped kitchen, the good WiFi available throughout the house and by the pool, and the carport for the car, everything was perfect. Add to that the beautifully maintained garden and the good kitchen herbs. Good tips from the hosts about restaurants and sights made the stay unforgettable.

We stayed with the family together with friends (4 adults and 3 children 4, 2, 1). The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you needed. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating. There is a swing for the little ones in the garden, herbs have grown that you can use for cooking. The pool was of course the highlight for the children. We would spend our vacation there again anytime!

For more than 20 years we have never gone to the same holiday home twice. The exception this year is no coincidence. Everything is right in this house! Location, surroundings, facilities, cleanliness, value for money, friendliness of the landlord family! We can only give top marks... and will definitely come a third time.

Our family (2 adults, 4 children and a small dog) spent the Easter holidays here. The pool was operational so we could even go in the water when the weather was nice. The landlords are very nice and take care of all matters. The holiday home is comfortably furnished, the WiFi is good. In the village is a small shop with an osteria, so that you can get bread in the morning. For us the perfect starting point to explore Tuscany. Perfect vacation, thank you!

Tranquil accommodation in the Tuscan hills with private pool, BBQ and sweeping views over the countryside. The house is perfect for small and large families: in the garden there is a corner for everyone on several levels and the interior is also very spacious. At the top there is a roof terrace from which you can experience a wonderful sunset. You can't do without a car, you can reach Siena, Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, San Gimignano and the sea by car in about 1 hour.

We spontaneously booked the holiday home and can only warmly recommend it. Although we were two hours late for check-in, the landlords gave us a very warm welcome. The house impresses with its cleanliness and very good facilities. Nothing is missing. If something is missing, the landlords will immediately take care of all requests. Communication with them is very easy as they stop by every evening to check on the rights to do small gardening jobs

We felt very comfortable. The landlord family is very accommodating and nice. The house is as described and the kitchen is really well equipped. The Villa Verde shows itself in the garden from the beautiful green side with a great view of the valley. We were particularly taken with the "Bella di notte". We can only recommend the very well-kept house.

Beautiful house with good pool in Tuscany, house is 10 minutes from Montaione where all facilities are.

We felt very comfortable in the Villetta nel Verde. The house is very clean, offers a lot of space, including the garden, and is very well equipped. The large terrace is a hit, you have a fantastic view. The pool is not very big, but sufficient. The pool is cleaned every day by the landlord. You can tell that the family does everything themselves, since everything is very well maintained. In general, the landlords are super nice, are always helpful with questions and are very unobtrusive.

Everything great. house clean. The landlord checks the pool and outdoor area every day without disturbing the guests. Kitchen complete and very well furnished. Beds comfortable (we only used the ones above). Bathrooms are getting old in style but clean. The view from the roof terrace is a dream. Ants had romped around in the kitchen for the first few days (they came in through the balcony door). But one bait can was enough to end this situation.

Very pleasant, friendly hosts - everything in good and clean condition. Perfect quiet location for many racing bike tours followed by a wellness program including a pool.
