Large Tuscany house with a beautiful, well-kept, very large, park-like garden. Sitting in the garden for breakfast and dinner is possible and very "Tuscan". Smooth concrete tennis court directly in front. Basketball basket also available. The large, specially furnished billiard room is also very good. Chemicals against mosquitoes are a must when you are outdoors. The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets! Some noise from the traffic roads passing by in the middle distance can always be heard during the day, less so at night. The probably House and drinking water, which is pumped from its own well, contains a lot of iron - it takes a little getting used to when having coffee and brushing your teeth. No WiFi available. Even after multiple searches, no German-language TV station available. You have to want it or consciously accept it. The service on arrival and departure was very friendly, but linguistically difficult, an understanding in German is not possible. We all speak very good English and some Italian. If you have a good command of Italian, you have a clear advantage here. For vacationers who want to go to this region, a beautiful, pleasant, Italian-hot stay can be expected in summer!
