Holiday Rental Description
Ideal for larger groups as everyone is guaranteed their own space in the villa which composed of three floors. In fact the two floors of sleeping quarters each offer a double and twin bedroom with great en suite bathrooms.The villa is situated near to a bus stop for visits to the Pietrasanta historical city and 100 meters from a tennis court and a cycle path which leads to the beaches and pinewoods in 5 minutes.
Villa Anna was recently renovated and furnished in a modern and welcoming way to offer quality relaxation at all times of your holiday.
The outdoor areas include two lawns, off the kitchen a covered veranda with an electric sun canopy and BBQ for dining al fresco, parking inside the remote control gates for two cars.
Beach Rentals
From the month of June until September private beach clubs along the coast rent sun canopies or umbrellas with deckchairs or sunbeds on a daily or weekly basis.The rental cost is per canopy/umbrella, not per person and includes services such as lifeguard, showers, restaurant and bar as well as car parking.Corporate Venues
