But you can’t help but swoon at the vast living spaces, including a library and study for work, and the generously proportioned bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Lounging about the private pool surrounded by ancient oak, olive, and lime trees, it all feels blissfully secluded. But when you’re ready to sample Tuscan life, the medieval town of Lucca is just an 8-kilometre drive away, and there’s a Nonna-style pizzeria just footsteps from your door.
