Apartment with good space. Kitchen with cooking island (no oven). Nice and large terrace with a nice view. Good internet in the apartment. Approx. 100 m to pool and tennis court. Both pool and tennis court in good condition. Approx. 7 km to the nearest shopping opportunity (Montaione). Lovely reception and general service by the host M.. A place we could easily return to.

We had a very nice vacation!

Unfortunately, the location did not meet our expectations of an agriturismo. San Vivaldo is a hamlet, a street with porch houses, some of which are rented out to tourists. At the back we had a lovely terrace with beautiful views. Apartment was well furnished and clean. Bedrooms at the front so there is a lot of noise. A nice swimming pool is at the beginning of the street and for the tennis court you have to take a long walk down.

A spacious, fully and stylishly furnished apartment with a terrace that offers a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps and, at sunset, of the silvery sea. Magnificent large pool, which is almost like a swimming pool. All in all: pure holiday joy in an environment that pleases the eye and mind. A very special thanks to our landlords ... and ... who were extremely friendly and helpful. We already vacationed in this apartment in September 2017 and are glad that we could be here again. Then as now we are thrilled. Directly opposite is an osteria, where we had a good and inexpensive meal while having a lot of fun. A small grocery store also belongs to the osteria.
