The description of the house is wrong, there is 1 bed, where are other people supposed to sleep? We would have been happy about a coffee machine, it was cold in the evening but there was no fuel, the condition of the holiday apartment is not in good condition, the garden furniture is dangerous, just cheap, everything is simple and honestly too expensive, everything a bit unloving

The house itself is great, if you compare it to other houses in Tuscany it is a real treasure. It is spacious, well furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean. The view over the valley is very beautiful and despite the nearby road it is quiet enough. Everything is just right.

We were in this property for the third time and it did not disappoint again. Great orientation, walking distance to Montescudaio, fencing and generous outdoor space. Property in Tuscan style with sufficient equipment, very pleasant. Definitely recommend, we will definitely be back.

Pleasant, quiet place, close to the city. Decent size, two bathrooms a great bonus. The clothespin is a little missing, but otherwise 100%.

We had rented the house at short notice because the original accommodation was a disaster. The accommodation has everything you need for a nice stay. At this time of the year it is a bit dark in the house because the sun is not that high anymore, which is certainly different in summer. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The house was very clean when handed over so that you could feel comfortable right away.
