The main house was adequate but outdated and unclean: lots of dead flies and quite a bit of cobwebs. The second house is more modern and better equipped, but unusable for us because there was sludge in front of it. The pool was wonderful, but we had to scoop out the many dead insects first. Very slow internet, poor mobile reception (max 3G), and no TV. Almost all the outdoor lights were broken, but later repaired. The managers were friendly and helpful. Despite everything, we still enjoyed ourselves.

Unsatisfactory cleanliness and amenities. Noisy jacuzzi, unreliable hot water, lack of basic supplies, excessive chlorine in the pool. Not worth the price. Disappointed with the absence of requested baby cot and chair. However, the location and surroundings were enjoyable. Below average experience overall.

An authentic Italian holiday home. Wonderfully quiet place to enjoy the Tuscan hospitality with family. Nice area, close to the village of montecatini alto. Nice owners who help with questions.

The property is secluded with a lovely pool. The facility is typical of the country but getting old. Communication with the landlord was very difficult, defects were communicated on our part, but there was hardly any reaction from the landlord. The water pressure is very low and the warm water was also very limited, not at all for the first few days. No internet, no phone reception. Lack of cleaning of the pool. Disturbance by cars honking in the street.
