Rustico dei Canali Livorno, Tuscany

Very nice, quiet location on the outskirts of town with a wide view over the countryside. Lovingly and modernly, cleverly designed apartment in an old building.

We stayed in this apartment in August. The landlords were very nice, friendly and helpful. For example, the ladder in the pool broke and a new ladder was immediately obtained. The pool wasn't huge but was enough to cool off and play in the water. The apartment was very spacious and we really liked it. It was particularly positive that both bedrooms had a separate bathroom. The view and tranquility have done very well. There's a s right around the corner

We had a very good stay in this well-equipped house and very well located to discover Tuscany. A big thank you to I., A. and G. for their welcome and their advice in French! The large garden and the swimming pool are very pleasant for cooling off after hot days of visiting a magnificent region which conceals treasures.

It was all we wanted, very friendly people and warm welcome. Also a good base to visit the touristic places in the neighbourhood. Quiet and close to nature. Even the weather was too hot for us the swimming pool compensates for this.

Spacious house tastefully decorated. Very well equipped. Quiet in the countryside with a beautiful view of an orchard, olive trees and the mountain. And the swimming pool. Very nice and discreet owners.

Nice accommodation and very lovely landlords

The accommodation was as described, the owners were very nice. In the kitchen everything was there that you need such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. The only drawback was the location. Since I don't like to cook for myself when I'm on vacation, I'm happy about the restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. Unfortunately, there was only one pizzeria that did. Otherwise it is a very central place for trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea.

Charming house completely renovated and very clean, quiet and very well equipped. The photos are worse than in reality. Well placed to visit Tuscany and enjoy the sea which is 45 minutes away. Very warm welcome from the very friendly owner who gives you tips and remains available during your stay. Everything was perfect.

Magnificent tastefully renovated apartment in an equally charming building. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped, everything was clean and the setting is relaxing. Village well located, close to amenities and the owner who lives in the other apartment in the same building is available, discreet and above all speaks French!!! The extra swimming pool is very appreciable after a day of visiting the surrounding villages which conceal treasures... A tip, bring mosquito repellent

Spacious holiday home with a large plot and pool (great for children), quiet location, the sea can be reached in about 30 minutes, as can Lucca. Very nice landlords who stay in the background and are happy to help with questions etc.

The house is very close to Luca, the family that lives there is a charm. The house is 10 with a large garden, the pool is correct. Highly recommended.
