The house is very outdated and the shower less clean due to old and some mold on the shower curtain and in the corners, but the location and view are fantastic! The pool perfect. We had come with a limitation that; the road to the house (last part) is very difficult to pass. Hairpin bend that you can't take in 1 go, you have to stick with slope test. A challenge ;-).

It is a beautiful house with lots of space and beautifully situated. The road to get to the house from the road is steep and winding and not paved, but passable with some steering skill.

We found the house fine, very nicely located too. The house is high on a mountain and the access road is not easy for a large car. The advantage is that it cools down a bit in the evening. Beautiful view of Lucca from the terrace.
