We had a relaxed stay for 15 nights in the casetta ponticelli. Communication with the owner of the house was each time very friendly. The people who does the key handover only speak italian. But it was ok. They were also very nice. The house is located between fields. It has a beautiful big garden with a good visual protectee to the neighbours. So you feel undisturbed when you grill and chill in the garden. Next supermarket is about 8 minutes away by car. We enjoyed our holidays very much.

Small charming house in the Italian countryside well located relaxing after visiting big tourist cities Very well maintained both inside and outside with barbecue for grilling Just maybe provide the installation of a microwave it would be practical We have had a great stay!

We didn't have the week we hoped for. The cottage is small, we knew in advance. The owner spoke only Italian. That in itself is understandable, but difficult to explain what she wants to say for us to understand and vice versa. In addition, there was a broken chair that we discovered when she was gone. We also missed a kettle. In the morning at 6.15 am there was already hard work going on around the house. Very early for the holidays. The cottage is a bit old bulging but if you don't mind it's fine. The beds, shower were fine. Unfortunately we could only sit inside because as soon as we came outside we were immediately stung by the mosquitoes. Can't help the owner. Was really not to do to sit outside. We had to look for something to do every day and there wasn't much in the area. Very nice by the sea but you still had to drive a few kilometers for that. You definitely need a car. The places Pisa and Livorno were disappointing. The cottage is in the middle of the fields, meadow. Environment many beautiful sunflowers.
