Amos

A beautiful, comfortable house in a traditional style. Extensive views of the hills and valley. Nature on your doorstep. A large, well-kept garden with a private swimming pool. A good base for trips to Pisa, Florence, and Siena, as well as other charming towns. The house is a semi-detached house. The neighbors next door have a separate driveway, separate grounds, and a separate swimming pool. We barely saw each other. The house has a dog, which sometimes barks at odd hours. This didn't bother us, but not everyone is a fan.

Wonderful place, though a bit tricky to find...there's no sign at the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it's nice that there are mosquito screens and fans (no air conditioning). The pool is lovely, small but nice. A perfect base for visiting the beautiful towns and villages in the area. All in all, a beautiful and pleasant place to stay in Tuscany.

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. As soon as you enter the house, you can see that everything has been lovingly crafted. If you don't mind the somewhat bumpy, dusty driveway, I can recommend it 100%.

Quiet and spacious complex. Beautiful pool area with pavilion. A little secluded, but idyllic. Hot water is a little scarce. WiFi is sometimes very slow.

House Amos is a very beautiful house (semi-detached house) with a large, well-kept plot in the middle of a beautiful landscape with some great views. The other semi-detached house is strictly separate. The garden of House Amos is large and - because it rises steeply - terraced and planted with many olive trees. On one of the main paths there is a 10x4 m pool with an outdoor shower, next to a large grassy sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds and a tent pavilion.

Unfortunately, we cannot give a detailed explanation due to lack of space, but due to various major defects we can only give 3 points - the most important: - We have to deduct points due to the inadequate hot water supply, there were days when we had no hot water at all. - Furthermore, only one of the 3 bathrooms was usable because the others had a leak and the floor was flooded. The landlord did not take care of this despite assurances on the first day.

Beautiful holiday home with a large private pool and panoramic views. The route should be better described, even though the GPS coordinates are correct, you are unsure towards the end whether you are on the right track. Poor cell reception and hardly any internet on site. The neighbor's extremely friendly dog comes to visit regularly, so it's not for people who are afraid of dogs.

Beautiful country house with wonderful views of nature

The garden is lovingly cared for and beautiful! It's a dream to be able to vacation there. The house was cleaned very clean and usefully furnished, with everything you need. The key handover worked excellently and uncomplicated. The hosts were very helpful.

We rented this villa for my family and parents for a short getaway whilst at a wedding. The property was nestled away away with extremely well kept grounds. The rooms were well sized & comfortable. Sinks and showers needed upgrading/fixing, both didn’t work properly in both bathrooms. Couldn’t use the pool for the first 2 days as there was a horrible algae growth and had an odd smell. This was however fixed but took 2 days, we were only there for 4. No wi-fi was frustrating as zero phone signal.

All in all a great holiday home! Unfortunately there is a problem with the water when showering! No water pressure and therefore hot-cold shower. Otherwise a great facility! Maybe put signs down at the entrance (signposts!!) because not everyone has internet on the go (and reception!) To be recommended!!!

Very cosy, country-typical half of the house. Everything was clean and tidy. groomed. However, the property was not fenced in, as it says in the description. Unfortunately there is no W-Lan and internet reception is random. If you are looking for a break from the stress of everyday life, this is the place for you. We liked it very much, we will definitely be back.

Very nice holiday home only the barking dog every night from the neighbors at night was a little less.

The nocturnal disturbances by barking dogs mentioned in other reviews happened to us every day from 6 a.m. and in the evening. (very disturbing) Another point is the lack of WLAN; Since the mobile phone network is only available to a limited extent and there are no German channels on the TV, despite satellite.

Nice and clean holiday home located a little off the beaten track in a beautiful landscape. Siena, Luca, Florence, Pisa are all about an hour's drive away. Good restaurants are nearby. No W-LAN and a bad cell phone network make planning trips for the next day a bit difficult. Handover took place without any problems (only in Italian).

The house is beautifully situated on a mountain. The garden is made with love and the pool is also well maintained. This is a little higher but beautiful point the landlords are super nice courteous and reliable.

Very nice and very quiet. Everything is available in the house. We didn't find the neighboring dogs disturbing.

Very nice and clean country house, but due to the immediate vicinity not for those who love peace and quiet. Location ideal for trips to Pisa, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. We felt very comfortable in the house. The landlords were very nice!
