We spent two weeks here on holiday. The location is perfect for day trips around Tuscany. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful. A real downside is the poor quality of the house and the electrical wiring. Everything is outdated. They also have a dog that frequently stays with them when they're away. The house is situated on a very steep hill, making it difficult to reach by bike or on foot. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, but it was also nice to return home.

We really enjoyed the location/view! The outdoor facilities were really great - pool, pool house & stone oven! T.&C. were great hosts and answered our questions quickly! The interior is simple and showing its age, which is particularly noticeable in the kitchen appliances and the bathroom. We were actually worried that the folding bath wall would fall apart! Unfortunately, the house is very noisy and the hosts live above the apartment. The fitness area is definitely not usable!
