This former schoolhouse is tailor-made for a Tuscan family getaway. Sure, the traditional style inside may not suit everyone, but we’re confident the outdoor space will be a hit with all. After all, what’s not to love about a private pool, countryside views and sun-dappled terraces? With a grocery shop, bar and restaurant in Iano village, within walking distance of the home, you can pick up some local produce or wine and dine out with ease. And for jaunts further afield, Pisa and Siena – both must-visits – are a day trip away.

*While not all bathrooms are fully photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is open between April and October. Children will need to be supervised around the pool area at all times.
*There are steps up to the front door here. It may not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*The single beds in the second and fourth bedrooms can be set up as double on request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. On-site parking is available for three cars here.
